Returning an Online Purchase
RoJen Company wants you to be happy with what you ordered, but if something isn’t just right, let us know. We will give you a refund for the returned item(s) or send you a replacement.
Claims, Defects & Damage
Claims for shortage must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment
Items defective in manufacture will be replaced without charge
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective material and does not extend to damages, losses due to the use or inability to use, or failure to follow specific instructions in the use of any of our products
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date
Returned item(s) must be unused in original packaging
When orders are filled correctly, and unless defective material is involved, returns are subject to a 25% handling charge
It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:
1. Call 800-537-6536 to let us know you are returning an item(s) with the credit card you with which you made the purchase.
2. Circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your duplicate receipt.
3. Pack your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include your completed receipt.
4. Take the package to your nearest USPS Office or UPS location or FedEx location.

You will receive a refund to your credit card for the item(s) if they are postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
